If you like, I can record the phone coaching in MP3 format to listen to it over and over again. No need to take notes during our conversation. In this way you can get out the absolutely maximum from the 20 minutes.

Is 20 minutes too short? Not at all. In my years of experience I have seen that even 10 to 15 minutes regular conversation is enough to keep you on track with your Lean Six Sigma project. It also helps us to focus our questions and answers.
